Join Swell’s latest community class, Yoga for First Responders!

Yoga for First Responders (FR) is led by a former FR and yoga instructor, Sharon. This class invites FRs to step out of a caretaking role and prioritize themselves.

The practice of yoga builds physical, mental, and emotional resilience. Each week, Sharon carefully curates a yoga practice designed specifically to respond to the intensity of an FRs work. Increase mobility as you lengthen and strengthen muscles, reduce blood pressure through mindful breath and stillness, and connect with the coastside FR community. Build your physical, mental, and emotional resilience through the practice of yoga to support your overall wellness.

In order for this offering to be sustainable for our community, we encourage a sliding scale donation amount that works for you, either cash or venmo @SwellYoga. There is no minimum donation requirement!
