Overview
The Harvest Moon Workshop is a two-hour workshop that blends yoga, guided mindfulness, reflection, and affirmation practices into an afternoon of intentional pause. Inspired by the symbolism of the Harvest Moon, we’ll create space to reconnect with ourselves through movement, visualization, and quiet reflection as we honor what’s unfolded this year and reconnect with what matters most in the transition to a new season.
Here on the coast, fall has a rhythm all its own. Days grow warmer even as they get shorter, pumpkins arrive, and life begins to pick up speed. Before long, the season gives way to holiday plans, full calendars, and the momentum of year’s end. This workshop offers a chance to pause before the rush. Slow down, reflect on how far you’ve come, celebrate what’s flourishing, and step into the rest of the year with greater clarity and intention.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga and mindfulness, or have an established practice, all are welcome.

Your Host
Jessica Marantz

Jess began her yoga journey in 2010 after being encouraged to attend a yoga class to help address shallow breathing. What started as a physical practice quickly became an exploration of the deeper connection between the body, mind, and inner awareness.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and has spent the last 14 years teaching yoga, strength training, and movement-based practices that support both physical and emotional well-being.
As a Reiki Master, tarot educator, and soundbath facilitator, Jess brings together movement, mindfulness, and self-reflection in her work. Her own experience navigating seasons of change inspired this workshop: a space to pause, reconnect, and explore the practices that help us move through life with more awareness and intention.
