al·che·my — a seemingly magical process of transformation or creation
The Alchemy retreat was a long time in the making. Designed as a slower, more spacious take on our signature experiences, this week invited guests into a deep unwinding of the external self.
Moving through the five elements (earth, air, fire, water, and ether) our powerful group of women journeyed through a process of transformation and reconnection: with nature, with themselves, and with one another. Together, they softened the weight of expectations, stories, and social conditioning, stepping more fully into their authentic essence.
Each day began in sacred silence. These quiet mornings created space for inward anchoring as mindfulness practices expanded awareness, flowing seamlessly into energizing yoga sessions. Afternoons unfolded with intention and ease. Open space to rest, explore, and integrate, whether that meant cooling off in the pool, wandering barefoot through nature, creating in the art barn, or connecting in quiet conversation by the fire. Evenings were devoted to gentle decompression. Through slow, mindful practices, the group settled into a deeper resonance with themselves, closing each day grounded, present, and at rest.
