Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

This limited four-part series is an introduction to mindfulness meditation. Each week you’ll explore different aspects of mindfulness and how you can develop mindfulness to access greater awareness in your life. Open to any student looking to start a mindfulness meditation practice or those looking to deepen their practice!

While it’s not required that you attend all four sessions, it’s highly encouraged, as each session builds on the one proceeding it.

Each session will begin with a 10 minute teaching, a 20 meditation (both guided and silent), and time at the end for reflections and Q&A.
