This experiential series is a weaving of mindfulness and compassion. Dive into your own self-awareness as you explore the qualities of your heart that guide you through everyday life. Each week you will learn and grow, developing a practice that brings you deeply into your sense of self and the present moment. Open to all levels, whether you have a regular practice or are just getting started!

Mindfulness of Emotions

Explore the full spectrum of emotions. Build awareness around your reactions and how to cultivate mindful responses.

Peace & Equanimity

September 4

Learn how to develop a deeper sense of inner peace. Discuss the ways our internal equanimity expands beyond our own awareness out into the world. 

Happiness & Joy

September 11

Shift your awareness of joy from the external to the internal. Allow mindfulness to guide you to an expansive well of happiness within yourself. 

METTA, loving-kindness

September 18

Dive into the tangible practice of loving-kindness to live each day with a more compassionate heart. 

Sessions begin with a 15-minute talk, followed by a 25-minute meditation, with space for Q&A at the end. While it’s not required that you attend all four sessions, it’s highly encouraged, as each session builds on the one proceeding it.
