Intuitive movement is a somatic practice that invites us to use the body as a vessel for healing, guided by instinct rather than intellect.

Unlike yoga with its structured postures or dance with its choreography, intuitive movement draws from the innate wisdom of the body. It allows energy to move through us freely, without the need to perform, perfect, or plan.

We let go of what we’ve been taught about movement: how to move and why. Instead, we return to a more instinctive, felt experience. With the thinking mind softened, we can access and release emotion, express ourselves spiritually, and move without shame as we reconnect to the body’s natural intelligence.

Each session opens with a short introduction to intuitive movement and the evening’s theme. From there, you drop into the physical experience, guided by music, intention, and the theme itself. Movement builds gradually, encouraging you to release mental control and open to whatever wants to move through your body. The intensity softens into stillness, giving your body space to integrate your experience. The session closes with optional reflection and sharing within our small group.
