Empowered Fitness and Swell Yoga are back with their third annual Festive Fusion class!

Diana and Maria, two powerhouse female business owners on the coast, are excited to fuse together their wellness knowledge to offer you an energizing and rejuvenating class that will leave you feeling stronger and deeply connected to your body.

This 90 minute class will start with an Indoor Circuit Strength & Cardio led by Diana. You will feel into the power of your body before you wind down with Hatha Yoga, led by Maria, to stretch your muscles and drop you into an easy rest.
