OVERVIEW
Join Swell Yoga for a natural spring reset.
Elements & Ether is an intentionally crafted workshop hosted by guest instructor, JoElla Shepherd, offering a dedicated space to reconnect with your body, mind, and energy. Over two hours, participants explore a weaving of grounding Hatha yoga and subtle-body Kundalini practices designed to release tension, realign energy, and step into spring with clarity.
Our time together begins with gentle movement to center the body and cultivate awareness, helping participants root and recalibrate. Students move through poses that stabilize the body, open the joints, and encourage mindful alignment, preparing both body and mind for deeper energetic work to come.
Kundalini practices are gradually introduced, including kiryas, breathwork, and chanting, easing tension and refreshing the energetic field. The session concludes with a guided cord-cutting ritual giving participants an opportunity to integrate their experience and leave with a renewed sense of openness.
What to Expect:
- grounding Hatha practice to stabilize the body and awaken awareness
- Kundalini breathwork, meditation, and sound practices to clear energetic blockages
- guided rituals to release lingering ties
- space for reflection and mindful integration of the practice
- final restoration to recalibrate energy and leave with renewed openness
This session is designed for anyone ready to refresh their perspective. Whether you’re experienced with Hatha, curious about Kundalini, or seeking space to reset and realign as we enter spring, or new to it all, this session offers tools and guidance to support you. Together, we’ll create a safe, welcoming environment to release and expand embodying the Elements & Ether of their practice.
