New Classes for Moms and Groms Coming Soon
Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Now Offered Saturday Mornings!
It’s important to us at Swell Yoga Studio to support the community as much as possible. Many moms on the coast have been asking for weekend prenatal and postnatal yoga and we’re thrilled to meet the need! Beginning Saturday, February 5th, prenatal and postnatal yoga will be offered in our South Swell studio at 10:30am.
The 60-min class, taught by Amber Ricchetti, includes:
- Sun Salutations and yoga poses designed especially for pregnancy and postpartum
- Gentle strengthening (example supported squats at the ballet barre), for improved focus and stamina
- A safe space to build awareness towards your changing physical and emotional needs
- An opportunity to develop a deep heart-connection with your womb
- Gentle hands-on assists and appropriate modifications
- Guided breath work, meditation and visualization for pregnancy, birth and motherhood
- A supportive community of mothers
- Aromatherapy

Little Groms Kid’s Yoga 6-Week Series
We’re introducing our second Little Groms kid’s yoga series. The first one was so fun we’re doing it again! Join teacher Amber Ricchetti for playful yoga (songs, games, poses, props) for kids ages 2-4(ish) and their grownups.
The 6-week kids yoga series runs on the Fridays at 10:30am: 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 3/4, 3/11.
