Yoga answers our soul’s deepest calling to experience love, connection, and freedom. The Yama articulate how we align with virtue in our natural state, and live together in the harmony of our oneness and diversity.

Rudra Granthi – Neck and Head
Granthi (“knot” in Sanskrit) are experienced as a niggling pain, feeling knotted or tied up. Rudra Granthi is experienced in the neck and head and can result in headache, anxiety, and insomnia. Transform tension into dynamic energy with skillful exploration of asana (yoga postures), prāṇāyāma (breathwork), and Sūtra wisdom.
