Based on the Kaula Tantra lineage, this class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness to cultivate balance and integration across physical and energetic layers. The practice is steady and spacious, offering a consistent sequence designed to warm the body, ease tension, and invite deep relaxation.
Each sessions follows a gentle, consistent sequence divided into three parts. It starts with a Heating Series to warm and prepare the body, often done standing or sitting. Then comes the Tri Dosha Balancing Series, which focuses on long, restful holds that invite deep relaxation. The practice finishes with the Makra Asana Series, blending movement and stillness to help you feel balanced and present. Classes are guided with minimal cueing to create a space for you to tune into your own experience.
This slow, intentional pace creates space to explore your body and breath with care and attention. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class offers a chance to connect more deeply with your inner rhythm.
