Private Yoga for HMBHS Sports Teams

Swell Yoga is thrilled to offer private sessions exclusive to HMBHS sports teams! We host teams at our eco-friendly studio in El Granada, equipped with mats and props for your athletes.

While many teams initially seek yoga as a way to cross-train for their sport, Swell takes a broader approach to athlete health by looking at the vast benefits of team yoga sessions. From cross-training to mental health, and team bonding to holistic wellness – we encourage coaches to think about the many layers of a teenager’s life and how team yoga might support them as they navigate their academic, athletic and social landscapes.

Mental – yoga improves communication between the mind and body:

Physical – yoga mimics many of the physical aspects found in athletic activities and supports:
