After an opening for introduction, light movement, and the chance to settle in, you will be immersed in the vibrations produced by different musical instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, percussion, rattles, and tuning forks. Experience deep relaxation, mental clarity, and tranquility.
Our Sound Bath includes a warm beverage offering and chance to share any reflections, questions, and time for journaling. While we have props such as blankets, eye pillows, and cushions to make you comfortable, feel free to bring your own comforts items such as a pillow, socks, or special blanket.
Sound baths affect our entire being: physical, emotional and mental. The sound vibrations produced by low frequency instruments are able to pass through our organs and tissues, reaching deep effects at a cellular level. These frequencies help us to calm the mind, making it easier for our brainwaves to tune into the relaxed states of Alpha and Theta waves.
By balancing both brain hemispheres and activating our parasympathetic system, sound baths may reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and enhance concentration and memory. Sound bath may relieve pain and is beneficial for strengthening the immune system. At an energetic level, it harmonizes the body, unblocks tension, and allows energy to flow freely which, in turn, may promote higher states of consciousness.
This is an invitation to gather with gratitude, honor our home, ground in the body and connect with our own wisdom and the wisdom of nature.
